Partner and General Manager of Serchlite MultiMedia, Richard brings over 19 years of extensive experience in creating business growth and efficiencies through the use of systemization. A third generation builder, Richard understands the importance of effective marketing and brand development. Having managed hundreds of resources at a time, Richard has a unique perspective and ability in unifying the flow of information, to allow for a seamless approach to managing people and data. His actions have resulted in numerous awards and industry accolades. As well, Richard has served the building industry in local, state, and national positions, which gives him a unique understanding of an HBA’s needs. Richard’s passion for creating strategic alliances through an added value approach has made Richard a leader in the industry.

Founder of Serchlite MultiMedia, Michael Berrin has over twenty years of marketing experience in building national and global brands like Ecko Unlimited Clothing,  Def Jam Recordings, Sony Music, Nike, ESPN, and most recently VH1 and NUVO Liqueur. His understanding of how brands should engage the consumer and his passion for growing brands to exceed expectations come from his background in the music and entertainment industry. Michael states "there are those who like to build ships and those who drive them. I prefer to drive them to the success that their builders intended".
